William L. Oliver: President of Oliver & Associates, Inc.

Bill started his career as a Casualty underwriter for a large national carrier in their St. Louis Branch and later in their Baltimore home office. He has since served on the Board of Directors of the Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois; President of the Southern Region of Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois; and he holds the Accredited Adviser in Insurance designation. He has been active in the community, serving on numerous boards and committees and has been President of the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce, President of the Carbondale Business Development Corporation and President of the Rotary Club of Carbondale.

Dean Brandenburg: Vice President

Dean is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, who received his masters in Forestry. He is an active member of the Society of Certified Insurance Councelors. Dean has been a commercial agent with Oliver & Associates since its inception in 1980, as well as a longtime resident of the Carbondale, Murphysboro area.

Richard Adams: Account Executive

Richard entered the insurance business in 1973 and has worked for Oliver & Associates, Inc. since 1987. Richard is licensed to sell and service life, health, disability, long term care, homeowners, auto coverage, and commercial business. He is a native of Southern Illinois and enjoys establishing a professional relationship with his clients.

Teresa Jenkins: Account Executive

Teresa is a native of Southern Illinois. She is active in the community and is currently President of the Carbondale Lions Club. Teresa has over 12 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, which gives her the knowledge to assist your personal and commercial insurance needs.

Kathy Eickelman: Office Manager & Commercial Accounts Assistant

Kathy has been in the insurance business since 1981 and has worked for Oliver & Associates, Inc. since 1987. Along with being the Office Manager, she assists Bill and Dean with their commercial accounts. Kathy and her husband Tom have a daughter, Mandy, and they reside in Benton, IL.

Bob Jarvis: Life and Health Specialist

Bob is a Carbondale native and has been married to his wife, Brenda, since 1968. Together, they raised 3 boys and they now enjoy spending time with their 6 grandchildren. Bob is an enthusiastic suppporter of the St. Louis Cardinals, Carbondale Terriers, and SIU athletics. With over 20 years of experience in the life and health field, Bob has the knowledge and expertise to assist you with these important coverages.

Jennifer Brooks: Personal Lines Manager

Jennifer resides in Benton, IL with her daughter Megan. She has been employed at Oliver & Associates, Inc. since November of 1995. Her duties include assisting all producers with their Personal Lines Accounts.

Kathy Foster: Claims Specialist and Producer Assistant

Kathy has been employed with Oliver & Associates, Inc. since 2002. She is the Claims Specialist and assistant to Richard Adams. Kathy is a resident of Carbondale, IL.

Phoebe Steinmitz: Producer Assistant

Phoebe has lived in Murphysboro for the last 19 years. She recently joined the Oliver & Associates staff as customer service representative and assists Teresa Jenkins. Prior to joining Oliver & Associates, Poebe worked at Tri County Special Education in Murphysboro, IL.

Faith Howard: Claims Specialist and Producer Assistant

Faith has been employed with Oliver & Associates since 2005. She specializes in processing incoming mail, acts as receptionist, and is an assistant to Teresa Jenkins. Faith resides in Murphysboro with her husband, Lennie, and her two sons.

Bradley W. Oliver: Account Executive

Brad is a graduate of McKendree College , as well as Southern Illinois University Law School. After passing the Illinois Bar Exam, Brad worked in Clayton , Mo. as an insurance defense attorney with Boggs, Boggs & Bates, LLC. Brad came back to Oliver & Associates as a property and casualty producer in 2006. As a native of Southern Illinois , Brad enjoys serving the needs of those in this community.
